Recruitment Process outsourcing allows companies who have enough demand for hiring generally ten roles or more per year to reduce their overall cost per hire by buying an RPO service package from us. The package allows companies to bulk buy recruitment solutions and generally cut the cost per hire by up to 50%.  A company will decide how many roles they think they need for an upcoming period of time agree upon an overall price based on a reduced amount per hire this can be increased or decreased with a companies needs once agreed upon we get to work planning and carrying out the recruitment drive in a cost effective and time efficient manner.

An owner of a large Warehouse Fulfilment Facility needed to open a second location requiring thirty additional team members, including a Operations Manager, two team leaders and twenty seven warehouse operatives.

We understood and helped compile job descriptions, briefs and salary expectations for each position we then agreed upon the order of hiring which would be most effective and got to work advertising, interviewing, screening and presenting candidates to our clients. three months later their facility was up and running with every team member we helped hire helping to drive the company forward.
